The CR30 is configured for manual reset. After a safety input was activated (E-stop, guard door, light curtain), all inputs have returned to the safe/reset-ready state but the system requires a deliberate manual reset before safety outputs will re-energize.
Operators often push the reset button too quickly. The CR30 requires a 0.25–2 second pulse to register a valid reset. Hold the button for a full 2 seconds to ensure the CR30 accepts it. A momentary tap is often ignored by the relay.
