Chain break sensor or zero-speed switch detected that the chain has broken or the tail shaft has stopped rotating while the drive motor is running.
After a chain break, always find BOTH ends of the chain before restarting. A loose chain end wrapped around a shaft or sprocket can cause catastrophic damage when you restart. Walk the entire conveyor and account for every inch of the broken chain.
